Rules
  1. The recommendation is valid for 3 months.
  2. The bonus is paid if SpiceIT did not know the recommended candidate.
  3. If the candidate was not recruited or he did not pass the probationary period, the bonus is not paid.
  4. We subtract taxes from the bonus.
