You provide Spice Recruitment LLC with recommendations on a potential client with which Spice Recruitment LLC concludes a contract and provides a service for finding and employing candidates. In the event of non-inclusion of the said contract for the provision of services, your recommendation is considered void.
The period of validity of your recommendation is within 3 (three) months from the date of receipt of the corresponding recommendation by Spice Recruitment LLC.
Your recommendation is counted by Spice Recruitment LLC, if within a period of actuality, Spice Recruitment LLC employs in the company recommended by you at least one candidate.
Based on the results of the implementation of your recommendation, taking into account the provisions above, Spice Recruit LLC pays you a bonus of 30,000 rubles including the applicable taxes under the law of Russian Federation.
IMPORTANT:
If, at the time of the recommendation, Spice Recruitment is in the process of negotiating with the company, the bonus is not paid.
If Spice Recruitment already has a signed service agreement with the recommended company - the bonus is not paid.
If Spice Recruitment had previously signed the contract with the company, but the contract is expired, and as a result of your recommendations new jobs were sent to work and at least one vacancy has been closed - the bonus is paid if the old vacancies are renewed - the bonus is not paid.
You provide LLC «Spice Recruitment» with recommendations on a potential candidate for the position that Spice Recruitment LLC will provide to the relevant client. In case of refusal of the relevant client from the specified candidate, your recommendation is considered void.
The period of validity of your recommendation is within 3 (three) months from the date of receipt of the corresponding recommendation by Spice Recruitment LLC.
Your recommendation is counted by Spice Recruitment, if during the period of actuality, Spice Recruitment LLC will employ the recommended candidate.
Based on the results of the implementation of your recommendation, taking into account the provisions above, after the expiration of the trial period of the recommended candidate, you will receive a bonus of 45,000 rubles or iPhone 8 (white or black, 32 GB).
IMPORTANT:
If Spice Recruitment LLC have the information on the recommended candidate but thanks to the actions of the recommender during the search within the framework of a particular position of Spice Recruitment LLC, the bonus is paid.
If Spice Recruitment have the information on the recommended candidate at the time of their submission - the bonus is not paid.
You provide LLC «Spice Recruitment» with information about yourself using the service on www.spiceit.ru as a potential candidate for a particular position, which Spice Recruitment LLC will present to the appropriate client. In case of refusal of the relevant client, your recommendation is considered invalid.
The period of validity of your recommendation is within 3 (three) months from the date of receipt of the corresponding recommendation by Spice Recruitment.
Your recommendation is counted by Spice Recruitment, if during the period of actuality, Spice Recruitment LLC employs the recommended candidate for the position of the client of Spice Recruitment LLC.
Based on the results of the implementation of your recommendation, taking into account the provisions above, Spice Recruitment will, upon expiry of your probation period, pay you a bonus of 30,000 rubles. taking into account the applicable taxes under Russian law.

If LLC «Spice Recruitment» independently contact you - the bonus is not paid.
The recruitment service – is a service for the search and employment of a potential candidate to the client company of Spice Recruitment LLC, which is provided by Spice Recruitment LLC as its main activity.
Recommendation – any information about the name of the company or the full name of the recommended candidate, telephone number and / or e-mail of the company or the recommended candidate and the full contact name, who is warned about the call of Spice Recruitment LLC and is ready to negotiate on behalf of the company or its name on services Spice Recruitment.
The period of validity – is the time of the above-mentioned fact.
Bonus – remuneration in cash and / or in another form determined by Spice Recruitment LLC at its own discretion, paid to the person who sent the recommendations, as a result of which Spice Recruitment LLC sold the Recruitment Service.

The possibility of getting you a fee for providing recommendations depends, among other things, on compliance with the following conditions: (1) the real usefulness of the provided recommendations for the activities of Spice Recruitment LLC; (2) uncertainty (lack of information) of Spice Recruitment LLC of the person recommended by you; and (3) compliance with the timeline of relevance when using your recommendations in the current activities of LLC Spice Recruitment.
The possibility of paying you a fee for providing recommendations remains at the discretion of Spice Recruitment LLC. Remuneration is paid in cash at our office upon prior invitation.
«Spice Recruitment» LLC has the right to give you a feedback on the provided recommendations, but it is not obliged to conduct mandatory reporting on the use of your recommendations in the current activity of Spice Recruitment LLC.
